I run the returns department of all books . I must send out goods that is due for return and ensure that we get our credit . My relationship with my co-workers is very good. We work well together and assist each other where needed. It is here where I become accustomed to a very structured environment. Having to deal with all sort of people on a daily basis made me a to be a very attentive listener . My most challenging aspect is the deadlines of my daily task. It encourage me to do work at a fast paced , but accurately . I always meet the deadline at the end of the day. I love what I am currently doing , but feel I have so much to learn to see what my limits is . I know I am capable of doing so much more. I just need the right organization that are willing to me a chance to prove my capability. Thanks

Excelent learning curve
I am a very hard working person with a bubbly personality. I always strive to achieve and do my best at what i do. I work very well with my co-workers and get along very good. I have learnt so much working at Exclusive books eg meeting publishers, going to book launches and receing direct stock from publishers as well. What i enjoy most are my customers and reading a very good book. The most challenging aspect of the job is when i get a very difficult customer and trying my best to keep the customer happy.

Excellent learning experience
Good staff management, excellent example set by regional manager, although slow paced during week, busy weekends. Great staff to work with, lots of new things to learn

Book knowledge
I enjoy working there because I like reading and that is a benefit to me. My colleague is great I work on the airport so I see loads of travellers everyday and wish them well on there journey

New environment, totally different from the usual
Dealing with walk in client's is a very complex job though the beauty is you already know what to expect by their facial or body language. It has taught me to be open minded as I'm used to an office environment and engaging with clients over a telephone. The experience has humbled me to be more patient and always consider the customers needs at all times..

Too few hours.
The hourly rate is good but the hours are too few to make a livable wage. The company also does not care for their night staff, giving bonuses to the day staff but not the night staff.

Not sure
Its a nice company to work for.The thing is,they don't motivate staff by giving them promotions and increase.When they do that they only give it to their favourites,which may result in hatred amongst the staff.Truly speaking about,co-workers we get along very well,we respect each other and treat each other as family members.I have learnt a lot, 'cause now I am able to use a computer and process lot of things.What I enjoy the most is when working overtime they borrow me company car to take home.The most challenging aspect is to deal with the rude management.

Atmosphere
Great place to work and learn. Colleagues were like family and everyone enjoyed what they do,read. Customers enjoyed the vibe and general knowledge that comes from the love of books.
