Learnt A Lot During my Tenure
As a CRM i manage high profile clients within the business and building the relationships to maintain long standing business. Meeting clients requirements and managing those expectations internally Contract and CPI Increase renewals and management complains and query management with all relevant departments internal relationships are always management as i need them to deliver i have learnt to stay close to my clients and allow them to know i am available to assist internal relationships and meeting client expectations keeps me going when the team does not deliver on service which impacts client frustration

No Growth
AS FAR AM CONCERNED I'VE WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY MORE THAN 5 YEARS BUT NO GROWTH SINCE 2014. AT THIS POINT AND TIME THOUGHT WILL SEE MYSELF IN A DIFFERENT POSITION OR SENIOR POSITION FOR THIS MATTER. THE COMPANY CAN GIVE YOU MORE EXPERIENCE BUT NO GROWTH

Excellent Learning Curve
I am a hard working individual who takes pride in her work I have recently obtained a National Diploma in Paralegal through Damelin. The Diploma, I have been in the Call Center industry for the past ten years and would like to grow further in the Legal/Law industry I feel this position would be my first step in doing so. Law is something I am very passionate about with a chance, training and guidance I will definitely excel. I am used to working under pressure dealing with clients, I am planning to register with Unisa in November for Bachelor of Laws as I am very passionate in growing in the Law sector. I have already submitted my application at Wits University still awaiting for approval.

Im easy to work with, friendly outgoing, I enjoy working in a team that is positive, a team that wants to do best and deliver on time. I am a quick learner and i am a person who likes challenges. And always ready to come up with a solution to every problem we come across.

Excellent
Europ assistance is a good company, they are very welcoming. Good environment, the manager is a friendly person sometimes I forget that he is my manager lol because he talks too much, the service level is always 100%

Great learning opportunity
At Europ Assistance (SA) pty Ltd, I learnt valuable skills including creating spreadsheets, involving clients, dealing with clients queries, working on SAP and much more. Europ Assistance allowed me to grow my love for finance and accounting. I allows looking for an opportunity to expand my knowledge for business and finance and europ assistance gave me the opportunity to do that. During my time there I meant interesting people, who were nice and always willing to teach me and I'm thankful to everyone.
