I am currently working on an automated system project for the Finance Back Office department.

I have been with the company ETC Solutions for almost for a 1 and half year’s now, from the 16th of November 2015 till 27th July 2016, from November 2015 till June 2019 I was able to obtain a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) Qualification which I successfully completed with CTU Training Solutions. I have experience in creating websites in a range of formats. I am currently working on an automated system project for the Finance Back Office department. The project is almost complete and I believe with proper planning and dedication I will be able to complete it.

Pros: I am fast leaner.

Leaning

ETC is a very good learning environment particular regarding the multi domains they manages. It provides extensive SQL practice. Teamwork culture and Game Plan.

Working in a project environment

The company has employed a lot of incompetent staff who are overpaid. The project environment makes it difficult for anyone to settle in and feel as part of the company.

Cons: The work is not consistent so you have to use unskilled workers to do the work

Fixed term contract

Good relationships within the company. Promotes a balance of work and personal life. Most challenging aspect is the public view of E Toll. The public do not see fit to comply with open road tolling. I enjoy the challenges that come with the position and I love that working relationships are respected and maintained.

Learning people's skills and perseverance

I have learned how to be professional, even when my patience has been tested. Getting to communicate with other people and creating relationships with customers. Ability to treat people with respect and improving my emotional intelligence. Time management is a priority, multi-tasking especially as one of the only two guys in the team. Managing customer information and respecting their privacy. Loving others like yourself. The feeling of making a customer smile, is indescribable and refreshing.

Cons: Unusual working hours, even on holidays and weekends. I got used to it.

The opportunity to lead real and meaningful change and enhance image and culture of the company.

Enjoyed the people and the technology. found working with a pedantic ER challenging. Dealing with public sentiment that's strongly against the product you represent was very stressful.
