Conduct investigation of the non-conformance conditions on site. Regular staff appraisal on the company and client quality procedures

Working under pressure and gaining lot of expirience

I am very ambitious person who likes working with people and learn from them in everyday basis, love working with a group of people to resolve solutions that may occur. I am passionate and willing to work under pressure to keep the company goals.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: I can work long hours to finish the job that is urgent at the time.

Still need improvement in investing in their employees and opportunities

No growth, and the company need to empower their employees and motivate them. Employ qualified personnel for management position....and to also train appointed personel on what is required of them

Deadline driven, always go the extra mile

i have learnt that you have to work as team. very important to communicate. challenges make it worth it if you make a deadline. what i do enjoy most is to achieve something you thought you can never do

Excellent learning curve

I learnt alot even had a chance to shadow the site agent. The guys I worked with were dedicated and hardworking. The employers were supportive and always encouraging us to work hard. The basic salary was not that bad.

Good learning curve

Working in Swaziland. Starting with getting the plant & people out to work places. Ensuring the correct equipment & materials are used for the job. Supervising welding team. Supervising pipe layers. Good working relationship with all co-workers. From 2010 learned a lot about line of work. Most challenging is working in another land away from home, late hours till 10pm, working every weekend.

Good

I learn alot i got more experience they trained me i enjoy working as a team as I'm a team leader now but what I'm not happy with they don't pay for your skills.
