A very good guy in obay the instraction

I am very prespecting guy who find way out of problems. And the is no problem that i know i used to say it a challenge that have a proper solution. Qc and lab those place are the heat ot solution that occurs in a fast moving production line

Pros: Will to learnt from peer and develop my team work skill
Cons: Time is not an issue it a measure of duration but 7am to 5pm will good time to work and shift work can be great toi

Good experience

Working for Eskort was excellent working curve,where you meet lots of people from all works of life which is good because you learn alot from them,I work well with a team they guide when necessary..I leant a number of skills and technics in a short period of time focus disciple and prioritising and more but mostly it's respect for employees,job given and management that was the key..what I enjoy is their working process it's more of a learning we were trained to do everything inside the organisation which makes you have many talents and be able to do everything and able to prioritise,for me the only challenge I had was because I'm a perfectionists and workaholic

Pros: I was promoted from being a data capture to being an admin from admin to a creditor
Cons: 10 hours a day but I regret nothing from it

Cons: No support from Senior Management
