Excellent at data analysing,High emotional intelligence,hardworking and team player

-Only daily basis I receive queries from the manager and I have to produce the results. -Me and colleagues have a great relationship,so professional and very healthy. -I have learnt how to deal with large sums of sensitive data,how to manage the data and mostly importantly I have learnt to build professional relationships with the colleagues. -I enjoy being challenged in my workspace,because I know that after i have completed the challenge i would be have learnt something new and valuable. -My job becomes challenging when I receive wrong data or given incorrect information.

Pros: As an employee of the company you need to be kind to people you work with and mostly the pensioners
Cons: working under high pressure

Best environment for a young person to grow

The Eppf is a great place for a young person to start his/her career. There are many learning opportunities with few job poortunities. The people are great to work wk woth and it'sa very healthy environment.

Cons: There is no permanent job promised for anybody

I am very adaptable and willing to learn .

I am still new in the company so, I don't have any sort of problem with stuff members and I aslo don't know a lot of people . At the moment the relationship between me and my colleagues is obviously very warm and kind. I do data capturing so at the moment I haven't came across something challenging.

Exposure to various functions and resilliance to withstand any environment

The company offers opportunities for one to grow in other arrears such as project involvement, presentations and events management apart from daily duties. The structure is however autocratic and they are rigid with regards to certain policies such as flexi hours. Red tape from senior management does put constraints on one as proposals for business improvements and resolution of queries often drag out too long

Big scope of work, meaning work is demanding, needing you to work long hours Generally okay Quiet a lot of things, as there is exposure to different areas The exposure Lot of work not enough capacity to support it
