Great experience

Contracting isn't for everybody as your client easily reminds you that you're not an employee- subtly and overtly. They also keep a lot of info away from you, but expect you to act and respond like one who knows everything. On the upside, it teaches you to rely on your skills and your networking ability and you learn to really push yourself. EOH Highveld is different from other consulting firms in that they really make sure your financial, medical aid and tax affairs are taken care of - and they negotiate a great rate! You learn a lot about yourself as a professional and you learn not to take things (or yourself!) personally.

Pros: You learn and you work hard
Cons: You're a lone ranger and aren't treated like staff

Excellent Learning curve, Potential Growth

Co ordinate events Manage team diaries Deal with client queries Working on deadlines Had a great working relationship with the teams, assisted team members with meeting and resolving queries when Managers were out the office. office management duties, Personal assistant and Marketing administration duties.
