Good learning experience but no prospect of advancement
Do a stock on hand inventory, ensure all subordinates are at work, check emails, follow up on anything outstanding, check in with management for any latest development in the factory, do an inventory check of what I require to take with me into the field . Hit the road running, call on an average of eight customer outletts per day.

Excellent learning curve
We work normal working hours unless the work load is too too much. We work as team which is good .I have learnt a lot since i have been at the company for a long time. There is no opportunity for promotion. The challenge is you dont have a say on things like non conformance results which the managers have to decede on their own.
