Excellent Work Life Balance

Its a highly motivational environment, Particularly in the office of the CEO, where I work, there are no two days that are the same, its complex and exciting to be a part of. We are a small family with a great collegial relationship. Over the years I have learnt that, at work we are all important pieces of a puzzle, which needs to be assembled, and once we all place ourselves at the right place, we complete it - the Strategy. Each piece is important. I enjoy mostly being around the great minds which unpack and mitigate risks beforehand. The most challenging aspect of my job is that everybody wants attention from this office and it is sometimes challenging to ensure that you spread the time equally amongst all employees.

Pros: its a small enough organisation to allow one to shine wherever you are
Cons: Not much room to grow

Excellent learning

E ECSA's primary role is the regulation of the engineering profession in terms of this Act. Its core functions are the accreditation of engineering programmes, registration of persons as professionals in specified categories, and the regulation of the practice of registered persons.

Pros: Great opportunity

Good working environment, meeting people, excellent working hours

A company that has great potential if they could listen to staffs needs and take care of staff that have worked there for years. My work relationship with co workers was wonderful meet lots of friend council members committe members and stake holder's

Pros: Interacting with universities from all over the world
Cons: No sympathy for workers when it comes to a person been ill

Always willing to go an extra mile.

Planning for the tasks of the day according to priority, i have good interpersonal skills and can work with people at all levels. I have learnt that HR is evolving therefore continuous improvement is extremely important. I enjoy advising and guiding staff on different employee related issues. HR is challenging itself but i enjoy every minute of it.

Pros: On promotion, i believe that an employee has to be commited, promotion has to be earned.
Cons: In HR there is no dull moment, sometimes there are responsibilities that needs a person to put in extra effort.

Excellent

The working environment is great. Managing four satellite offices is a great challenge, this requires my abilities to make quick decisions at all times in order to run the offices effectively and efficiently. Dealing with difficult customers is one of the most challenging aspect of my daily job.

Cons: Difficulty in getting resources quicker
