Good company

Great company as all people from management to floor staff all speak to one another as equals. All at company know what they need to achieve everyday. Nobody needs to be told what to do. I enjoy that knowledge is shared and you are taught what to do if you do not know it. I have learned that if you treat people with respect and ask them to do what you want instead of instruct, also to let them have ample time to sort their personal/ family issues so that their minds are settled when they are at work you get a happy productive employee who goes way beyond expectations on his own will.

Selling Finished Lubricants Selling Emission Fluid Price negotiations with customer

Excellent Learning Curve

I am currently working for Engen as a procurement trainee. I am part of the Procurement Engineering Team. I was employed to assist with Project Phoenix, a new vendor management and contracting system that the Procurement Team is building. Over the past 7 months I have gained extensive knowledge about the oil and gas industry, procurement and various other skills.

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Less than desirable growth prospects

Very ambitious and eager to face new challenges

I manage four critical pillars of the company: 1.Inventory 2.People 3.Assests 4Transport and Customer satisfaction The working relationship is good and satisfying. I have learnt more about operations and customer satisfaction I enjoy to hear customers happy with our service and staff always meet targets. Fuel shortage is the most challenging aspect as we are unable to satisfy our customers
