Excellent learning curve

I really enjoyed working at engen, writing mibutes for hearing and appeal meetings.I learned a lot each day at work. My collegues where friendly and we worked as a team to improve the level of performance.oh drivers,some to the supervisor that i didnt give them uniform but when we check in the ppe file they signed for it.

Great place to learn

Good work ambience, great people, emphasis on learning and self development, however key skills easily allowed to leave - skeletal teams in most areas.

I’m a hard worker, eager to learn and take up new challenges

I have learned a lot about petroleum based company as I had no basic knowledge of how it operates and also the company enhanced my sap software knowledge to be excellent

Excellent development

Good working environment, friendly co-workers, working hours are fairly good. The salary is not bad. My job envolves a lot of traveling of which I am not keen about but overall it is a good company to work for.

had aA great company that is very good in transforming though the years as the number one fuel brand in South Africa. The company does not good individual development strategy. There is no work life balance

Learning on a daily basis

curWorking at my current company is breath taking. The people I work with ahave become family to me. Each day starts with us finding out how teveryone slept and how was their way to work or travel to work. We are all open to assisting each other as not everyomne is an expect in what they do.

I strongly believe that I have what it takes to effectively fulfil the requirements of the above position. I have 10 years of solid experience with special focus on Communications, Public Relations, Brand, Events and Project Management. I have managed small teams and have sat on various committee’s such as CSI, Brand and Sponsorship. My experience has allowed me to develop sturdy leadership and management skills, I work well under pressure ensuring optimum results in every project and am deadline orientated. Able to adapt to changing enviroment very quickly

A work day consists of making decisions regarding affiliate credit statuses, supply process enhancement and advice to junior level reportees on accounting transactions. Relationship with co-workers is quite integrated - its a family type of atmosphere. I have learnt how important communication is across departments, how important it is to break down silo's. I enjoy a pressured type of deadline chase. eg. month end and year end. Job's most challenging aspects: trying to explore more strategic views within the working capital space without being inhibited by senior management

Learning experiences

I have learnet and grew so much in my current position and as a professional in this company.I am a team player and i enjoy working in an environment that allows me to be me. i have learnt that we all have our ways of doing this and of thinking and we should respect that and each other as long as processes and procedures are followed.
