Ability to combat crime and theft

My daily routine will start by investigating all monetary variances in the casino. If I find any I will find the cause of the variance, whether initiated by human intervention or system errors. Thereafter I will compile a report and inform the relevant department heads of the outcome of my findings. I will then find new measures to prevent this from occurring again and measures on how to combat fraud and theft. I will ensure that all Gaming Board rules and regulations are complied with. I have a very good and professional relationship with all the departments and we work well together on a daily basis. I enjoy working here in a fast paced and pressured environment. Auditing the database and to liaise with the relevant departments on risk issues is what I love. The most challenging aspects of the job is the system that is not up to date, therefor there is a lot of challenges on how to investigate and its has it reserves limitations to my work.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about Compliance of policies and procedures in the Gaming environment

I am always energetic and eager to learn new skills.

my work it challenging because of the nights shifts and dealing with angry customers everyday but its very a good job because i learn new things everyday for an example of how to deal with the difficult guests when the lost all their salaries at the casino and how to come up with the Marketing strategy to attract the people to come to experience all the facilities gaming floor.

I M A HUMBLE GUY WHO LIKE TO WORK WITH A GROUP OF PEOPLE ,CAUSE I GOT DEFRENT ATTITUDE THAT I MUST HANDLE IT IN THE WORKING PLACE .TO ME IS NOT AN ISSUE TO RUN RESTAURANT WITHOUT ASSISTEND ,TO ADD SELF ESTEEM .LOYALITY ,PATIENT , HONESTLY AND RESPECT .

Became family, gained experience

* Learned a lot over the last 10 years * Made a lot of friends * Company really looks after their staff * Great place to work at * Most challenging would be MGB & H/O regulations. Makes some everyday tasks really difficult. Yet we manage to keep them up.

Pros: Great for learning especially in the entertainment industry

Excellent learning experience

A type of a work a day we do inspection and therefore we fixed or repair where we need to fix I have good relations with my co workers both Male and female l learn to be a lot of thing like to be perciant and worked hard as a person if u want to achieve things in life I enjoy to work in a large entertainment industry the most challenging time is where u have to work in front of customers where the need service in a mean time

I am a Casino Dealer, I am working with figure every day calculating bets do transaction, give good customers service to my customer entertain them , i am very accurate when i am working with numbers. during my spare time i also do training at the hotel do receptionist job because i go extra mile i enjoy learning. The relationship with with my co-worker is very good, we work together as team to achieve one goal. i am a good team player. In this job i learn about customer service , how to deal with difficult customers and working with figures.. I enjoy working with figures, working at night is a challenge because i do not get enough time to spend with family.

Pros: Great opportunity to move to another casino if their is position
