I have learned so much in this company and i want to try something else regarding administration
To work at Emerald Life is like working with your family everybody laughs and cries together. My relationship with my fellow employees is very mutual we all understand each other and we work well together. Theres no discriminating in this company. A typical work day is that i coe in thwe morning and make me coffee a sit at my desk before the actually starts. What i have learned in this company is that people that work for Emerald Life will never get bonus nor increase in there salary their are people working here for more than 5 years and still sitting with the same salary. I enjoy my work that i do here at Emerald Life and the people i got to know but its time for me to spread my wings and fly.
Pros: having to work from 08:00 - 17:00

Executive growth in the corporate field
I have worked with Emerald life as an advisor and Branch Administrator where I have learnt so much through the company and the employees or colleagues rather. I have learnt how to manage people and how to apply interpersonal as well as transferring skills. I have learnt how to teach what I know in the field to other Temps and transfer knowledge that assisted in employing them permanently. I have enjoyed equipping and being equipped through interpersonal connections and interactions.

Pleasant environment
Lovely environment friendly staff. There really isn't much to tell actually. What I'm currently doing doesn't really challenge me on an intellectual level.

Excellent leaning curve
Its a good company to work for, very challenging but learning each and everyday.great leaderships respect of eachother and working as a team.working hours are the best we have off day that everybody is longing for,o enjoyed working as a team bulding each other.i start panicking if the leads are not right and i dont ritch my target.

Too much politics
management does not consider the employee too little wages to live comfortably employees are nice though and get along very well family bond between employees some racial slurs too much work for one person

Good environment, diversity & teamwork
Working at Emerald Life is a privilege. Good working environment, one can grow within the company. We are a big family & we respect each other. I love working with a team, diverse is all that we are. We learn something new everyday, we all look forward to a new day to work because the environment is friendly & fun. There is always an opportunity to grow, we are allowed to make mistakes so that we learn from them.

I am physically fit willing to express my interst and enthusiasm
I get on well with other people. I have maintained a good working relationship with both my supervision and my fellow team. I enjoy being part of team and have learnt to motivate other members
