Excellent learning curve

i enjoy working there even thou the payment is way little i am just hoping to get a better company in the same trade or in quality controller so i can be able to cover my most of my needs and wants. it's risky but the not paying well.

I'm a skills development manager and a facilitator who effectively believes in working with equiped human resources for better utilisation of labour in order to achieve quality standards as our objectives.

Pros: senior manager
Cons: in this company we have less ours of leaves as we are educators and we suppose to be there in teaching and learning at all times but thats what I like the most because i hate sitting at home having to watch tv all day long.
