Great learning curve, pitty about the financial issues

I was in charge of all projects, technical staff and looking after customers. Co-workers were nice, and the drive of the business was very high, so we got allot done. Great focus on personal growth, .

HR and Accounting

I enjoy working with figures but found in the time that I have done HR duties, that I also find great interest in this field and enjoy it. I have good relationships with co-workers, but can set boundaries between HR related matters, management and the relationship with staff. Where I am currently, I have learnt about leadership, development of people and putting processes and procedures into practice.

Pros: Growth and personal development
Cons: Take on too much sometimes

It’s never to late to learn

Since I started working at my current job, I was happy. I have learned a lot of admin skills, how to use quickbooks and connectwise. I did a lot of Admin related duties regarding data capturing and filling etc and assisting the Accounts department as well as the HR and CEO of the company. I have grown in this position and learned a lot in how to work in a busy working environment. No miscommunication. I am the face of the company I love what I do as I will do my best to make your day.

Pros: Good communication, People skills , Work well with others and alone
Cons: Micromanaging a small company, to many people for a small company
