Excalant learning curve

it is very strainers, due to the fact the one are under tremendous pressure at work, we are finding it quite difficult to maintain a healthy relationship with co-workers, we do however get a long well. I have learn a lot of skills through out the year. The previous team builds and pulling together of us as the staff trough difficulty time the company had faced. Working without increases is the most challenging aspect of the job.

I have learned alot theory and practicals during my first year leanership and

Working hours are terable and working loads is too much. The relationship with Co worker is great we respect one other and I learned to work as team and I was once nominated as one of the best employee of the months.

Im employed in a company filled with people who will make you love your job,they are kind,friendly and mostly bubbly.I have learned never to give up on my dreams and with hard work and dedication i can achieve everything.I have learned how to deal with different types of people ..THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEM TO PUT ON A DAILY BASIS IS YOUR SMILE

Exposed to a lot of resposibalities

As a Supervisor your days is never the same and planning is very important. Motivation and follow up with the staff is my first priority in the mornings. I am exposed to the whole branch and every day I have the opportunity to learn new things. Keeping customers happy and have all aspects of our work up to date on a daily basis is my pride and joy. My department is the best in the Branch and we strive to keep it that way.
