Provides constant education through research

As the only copywriter in the agency, I handle all copy requirements from clients. I brainstorm with a team of 4 designers to come up with ideas for clients. I attend client briefings and elucidate client requirements to the team. Thereafter, we gather to brainstorm which is a critical moment where I ensure that ideas are kept within budget. As the leader, it is my responsibility to ensure everyone is feeling free to think out of the box and not shy to voice their ideas. The ideas and budget are presented to the CEO as well as possible cost-effective supplies who will assist with the project. My work is exciting as not everyday is the same. It is often exhilarating to sit and think of new and fresh ideas for brands.

Pros: keeps me on my feet, researching and learning all the time.
Cons: sometimes greatest ideas come a bit late when you no longer need them.

Best customer service and always wear a smile on your face.

It's a good place you meet different people and learn a lot too.As customer service place a huge role in a company with getting more people and moving as a brand. Duties are required as a way of showing throw we value customers health
