Opportunity for change in career

I am a hard working individual who strives to meet targets/standards set for an appointed task.I work well under pressure and applying for this application only means that I would like to challenge myself in another work environment.

Pros: Element six is a well astablished coming world wide and working for the company is amazing however a change from once daily work is needed to uplift a persons standards.
Cons: There are no errors working for this company the hours are good since I'm working an 8-5 hour job.

Great opportunities to become a team leader

i was responsible for testing if the powder was suitable for production. I was training and monitoring operators on a blending machine implemented. A project that i was involved in at the company was to find ways to improve proceses of producing diamond powder which will minimise scraps

Pros: Great opportunities for becoming mentor/superintendent
Cons: Lot of work in a very short period of time

Utility fitter and delivery driver

I was working for ELEMENT Six in springs as a utility fitter I did my part till they retrenced me in 2020 I olso worked for ferro industrial products in brakpan for 8 years as a delivery driver.

Pros: Willing to work
Cons: Never shout or scream at me
