Excellent learning curve

Good day My name is Mmabo Zwane I'm a 30 year old, I matriculated 2005 and graduated 2010. I hold I bookkeeping diploma from Boston business college. I have worked for African bank head office for almost 3 years as a service centre operator, my contract ended. I am currently under an internship programme wit the city of ekurhuleni an a financial administrator. I handle operational budget for contractors in the waste management department and report on deviation. I also handle emails, monthly reports, as well as telephone queries.

Pros: On the real job training
Cons: Chances of permanent placement are slim

Best learning start

The interview and selection process. Getting exposed to the work environment and working as a team.get to know the structure of an big organization and to have a mentor to show you how to start and do things in your career

Pros: Should give the right candidate for doing internship within the HR department and the training that should take place for employees that already work in the EKurhuleni municipalities
Cons: 8 to4:30 lunch that is between 1 to 1:30
