Working at thee Department of Education is a very good expirience, we working with different kind of people, we work well as a team because we dealing with critical job, matric. I have expirience to understand other people and treat them equal, also give honor where its due. We enjoy the togetherness, we have that bond. We are like a family

Excellent learning curve

Going to class prepared knowing what the learners are strong and weak at. Doing more practical work with learners at y laboratory so that they have more understanding .Going to class in time and ready for teaching. I have learnt that you have to love and be dedicated to your job in order to do well at it .the most challenging aspect Is when the learners have an attitude to the subject you are teaching e.g Mathematics

I am fun to be around

I am hyper and loud. I love travelling. I like meeting new people and I am good in presentation. I always gather a group of people and do motivational talk. I have the no matter what attitude.

I am a good organiser, excellent in planning. I am a good time manager.Enjoy working eith team and also good in working as an individual. Computers literate Coordinating skills. Respecfull. Excellent learner.

I was worked well with my colegues the treat me well.

I gained more experience that I have and more skills computr ,personnel, organisational skill, computer literacy skills,i am well spoken with good communication skill, problem solving good communication with client.

Pros: The employer promote their employees for good performance appraisal bringing awards

Excellent and satisfactory

Currently working with teenagers and outschool young adults. It is quite interesting and satisfying. I am also learning a lot from my clients and the community at large. We work as a team with my coworkers and commitment is the order of the day.

Excellent

I learn new many things on how to work in tearm, dealing with different people on different fields.Telephone etiquette , working under pressure, systematical updates. Accuracy and accurate all time. Filling and Emailing, booking for different people. Booking and sorting office used material. Distribution of correspondences and filing update. Helping incoming visitors with information.
