Excellent working environment

A good company to work for considering their willingness to allow one to study. Reporting lines include to the EXCO. Stakeholders are very knowledgeable so reports must be accurate The only challenge is the minimal opportunity to grow in the sense that all Senior Managers report to one person who is the Accounting Officer.

Pros: Great opportunity to study further
Cons: Little room for promotion

Job evaluation

Work is time based, ever changing and confusing instructions, poorly coordinated strategies, unreasonable workload, under staffed , good working relationship with colleagues, gained more understanding and practice in labour law relations
