Learning curve of not working for a small company

Teach 5 lessons a day. Most co-workers don't get along unless your are in the in group. I enjoy my time working on my computer doing my admin work. Most challenging aspects are to deal with the learners.

Pros: short working hours and lots of holiday
Cons: The difficult staff and the noisy children.
