Excellent learning curve

I work with a team of 4 employees in HR ,We focus on all the HR Functions.I work well with my colleagues ,i maintain relationships well with all departments as they are key.I have learned to work with union employees and maintaining a suttle level with them.I enjoy the travelling and meeting new employees when recruitment most challenging aspect is when we go through the retrenchment process as i never want to see an employee loose their job.

Excellent learning curve

Culture is nice Enjoy with CS team we work hard and play hard I've learnt to work under pressure. When a colleague does not want to assist on time. Everyday you get busy

Growth in Procurement

Currently working at procurement representative for region MEA and personally responsible for SSA. Having a matrix structure reporting to MEA procurement director and Supply chain manager. I manage both direct and indirect procurement and including CAPEX project. In the last two years i have grown significantly in procurement and supply chain practices as the only procurement support for my region.

Pros: Great learning curve and great expore

Excellent exposure

I had a very good working experience at ecolab, interacted well with others, I enjoyed working with people from all provinces. All in all it was a pleasure meeting and working with people of different backgrounds

Excellent Change

I am the people's person. Very social and quick to adjust. I am a fast learner,I enjoy my job because as the face of the company the best thing to do is to be accommodating and understanding. I meet different people from all facets of life. I have the duty to serve which is exactly what I enjoy most. I love what I do because I learn every day. My company has different divisions and I try by all means to accommodate and treat everyone equally. Punctuality is most important in my daily duty because it makes the company run smooth.

Excellent learning curve on how to deal with challenges

 Handling book value of R30 million i enjoy calling the customer about the outstanding payment and resolving all different kinds of queries i have learned to be patient in everything i do and pay special attention details in every query the most challenges are the typical customer but i have learn to stay calm and listen to what ever they complaining about and find the solution into their problems

Cons: i am working 8 hours a day 5 days a week

Good people skills

My job is very demanding and stressful at times, however the group of people that I work with as well as the team I manage make it easier and fun. I have an excellent relationship with my colleagues and customers. This job has taught me how to deal with people and how to manage them as individuals. I enjoy the time spent at the office interacting with my fellow colleagues an the comradeship. The most challenging part of my job is maintaining a portfolio and dealing with opposition in a tough economic climate. Keeping staff motivated is very challenging.

Challenging environment with a lot of opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.

Very fast paced environment. Plant has a lot of room for improvement and a lot of opportunities for automation which is an exciting thought. I have a very good relationship with everyone and I think everyone enjoys working with me. I have learnt how to be a much better leader and how to adapt during tough periods.
