Great people, excellent culture and warm environment

Its a good environment to work in. The culture diverse. My day doesn't start as busy. It's normally quite until the afternoon. Our crazy and busy days are around month end. My co-workers are the coolest. There has never been a time when we have stepped each other on our toes. I have enjoyed working with them. I have learnt to be patient all the time. I haven't had any challenges besides communication with people walking out of the office without letting me know but that was resolved in no time

Transport and SupplyChain Management

Has great potential and is the country's leading Mewp rental and sales business.It is a Great place to work. Management are supportive of learning and give you oppertunities. The culture is good in the company. and I learned a lot from the oppertunities given to me. The people have passion and want to make a difference. Leadership currently lacking.

It s a Good company to work for and you learn a lot.

Hi I start working from 7 to 4 o'clock depending on the work then if you've got more work you can work overtime, and in the workshop we are a team we help each other cause these machines are heavy duty, so now and then help is needed from the closest person, I have learnt a lot working as a team much more can be done and sharing of information about the machines helps, but what i enjoy the most is wiring to the machine and calibration, and bringing the machine back to life. But the most challenging part about this job is stripping of boom cylinders cause some of these machines are weighing about 40 tons but at the end of the day I get the job done.

Pros: Im more productive and happier and healthier at my job.
Cons: crave some type of challenge and meaningful activity.

Excellent learning experience

Great working environment, no pressure. It is a healthy working environment as most employees seem happy and comfortable. The only problem is there are less growth opportunities and company is currently in a process of retrenching staff.

Great team work

Every day is never the same and every day is a new challenge with different learning curves and opportunities. I have a very good relationship with all my co-workers and we work together as a great team.
