My current job is challenging, we meet different people with different mind set. But I need to be able to accommodate them all irrespective of their differences. I work under a lot of pressure sometimes. But we always deliver no matter what.

Growth

22000, 14000, 9001 AND 18000 ) run smoothly by doing internal auditing and working with external audits to ensure that all I supervise coordinators who run Exhibitions , Conferences , Corporate events , Private parties etc and monitor +-200 flexi staff staffing cost . I am also part of the ISO committee that ensure that all our systems(ISO 22000, 14000, 9001 AND 18000 ) run smoothly by doing internal auditing and working with external audits to ensure that all the ISO certificates are retained .the ISO certificates are retained .

Cons: Shifts , working during holidays and weekends

Growth, people empowering

Being qualified chef and have work experience in my field has grown my skills and being able to work with young people tought them a lot and will to teach more young people

Cons: Working overtime, working beyond my means
