Stable but growing company

Morning meeting , yesterdays admin, staff delegating, customer sercvice , check and send figures , motivate stuff on daily target . My relationship with coworkers is good we never had petty issues . I enjoy being around people/customers, admin work and traveling around stores. Working on the day of Easter Friday .

Pros: Promotion opportunities are available
Cons: Not enough training on management level its more or less the same of swing and sink situation .

Excellent learning opportunity

It's very nice to work at my current company because it has taught me to be a friendly person especially on customers,i taught me to be keen at what i do and learnt to work very fast.i have a friendly relationship with my co workers and i treat them as my elder sisters.i enjoy customer service because there its you helping a customer and at the end they must appreciate your service so that they can come back next time.the most challenging part about my job is dealing with an unfriendly customer and thats when you know you have to be calm and offer them the best service.a typical work day is receiving more stock and you have to finish it before leaving the store.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion

I left my job because there was a personal problem between me and the manager I would like u to at last give me a chance in ur campony I can do anything and I really need a job think u

Excellent knowledge gained and looking forward to some experience

Good profit was made , good customer service always available.leading by examples is one of my best option.store always looks neat and tidy. I learn how to deal with different people at the same time with my problems aside.i learned how to lead.

Pros: Making budget and solving all problems in store.
Cons: At some point where we r busy is where we need to extent our Woking with one hour

Invaluable learning opportunities to learn and improve individual skills

As manager of the company i use to work for, i realize my ability to adapt to situation very fast. I have an affinity for learning and i realize that i was so good at what i did to the point where the regional found it impossible for him to recommend me for promotion in the fear of losing my valuable contribution to the stotr i was running
