I want to broaden my knowledge and not only gain experience but to also use my experience

i get to work at 6am im on the floor ensuring Long Hauls are offloaded and the sort is done correctly and with caution. getting staff to load delivery vehicles and departing them on time to so that our service level agreements are met as promised to our customers. i handle alot of queries daily and do my best to get it sorted out asap. i've gained knowledge on how to be calm when in pressure and also learnt how to handle arrogant customers via telephone and in person.i enjoy meeting the clients expectations day in and day out as it motivates me to go even further than just the extra mile...i help staff to load and offload when vehicles are running late due to unforeseen circumstances eg: breakdown. my job comes with challenges from 6am to 6pm daily. just got to be on the ball and be able to swap and change collection and delivery vehicles at anytime just to make the client happy which has resulted in client and I building a long term honest relationship.

Pros: we get incentives based on performance of which i am content and happy currently with
Cons: i work 5 days a week being from 06h00am to 06h00pm

HARD WORKING PERSON

I`m always early at work ,hard working person ,no shorties on my stock .good in communication with workers and my employer. wear my uniform all the time ,no warning on my job .

Pros: all the years working for DSV company i was aloyal person no warnings,but recomandetions and top work of the month

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

I AM A PERSON WHO IS DOWN TO EARTH AND I LIKE TALKING WITH FELLOW COLLEGES IN ORDER TO PASS AWAY TIME. THE THING I LIKE MOST ABOUT MYSELF IS THAT I ALWAYS TEND TO GIVE A HELPING HAND WHERE THE OPERATION IS SLOW. MY DAY TO DAY JOB IS TO DO QUALITY CONTROL ON ALL THE PARTS BEFORE THEY ARE PACKED AND LOADED INTO THE CONTAINER.

Pros: GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Cons: WE WORK UNTIL WE FINISH WHAT THE CLIENT HAS GIVEN US FOR THE DAY

Sap learning, computer skills

its challenging but not that much they give opportunities but it doesn't pay much. love with working with people and in team work everyone gets along. we make the best of the opportunities they give us. they develop employees in the form of giving them machinery licences and training them.

Learning curve

I believe that my success was due to the fact that I always respected Policies and Procedures within the working environment. Respected all employees within the working environment and understanding what the Vision of the Organisation was which assisted my commitment levels as well as dedication. Teamwork is also one the success criterion’s which I have adopted through the time within the working environment. Working hard, to be the best at what I do. Ensuring customers are satisfied with service rendered by company working for. Embracing change and willing to learn every day

Excellent opportunity to work in a corporate environment

The company has a good foundation and the benefits are great. Staff members are always Jovial and motivated to achieve their best. We all work hard but also make time to chat to one another and team build which keeps us happy as staff and happy to come to work everyday. Being in the company for 12 years I have learnt a lot ie, admin, intergerity, responsibility and also to be self efficient and work independently. The most challenging aspect sometimes is client satisfaction because sometimes it's very hard to please some clients but due to training and having so many years of experience it keeps me motivated to always achieve the most satisfying outcome for the client and the business.

Team leader application

Team leader application, hard working, team leader, dedicated, motivated. Enjoy investigating and resolving issues. Finding solutions or work arounds to system bugs which cannot be resolved asap.

New experience

My job is fast past in a highly stress environment. I tend to work great under pressure and I enjoy working with my team but is capable of working on my own. I am very energetic and always approachable at work, I enjoy helping other where I can.
