Im a fast learner n capable to work under pressure
I worked with freight on daily basis,scanning them to keep record of where they end up,dealing with invoices and sometime doing query log and sorting

On the job training / experience
Managing people with various cultures and beliefs has been my challenge the past 4 years. Work.... not the challenge. I thrive on change and upskilling myself and my fellow staff

Good communication skills
Am working for a logistics company which is very challenging. I work in-house with the client directly where I ship parcels to various destinations and track&trace them to make sure the customers receive their orders and on time. Client need to be given feedback daily and we sometimes face challenges where other customers didn't receive their stock due to delays and I have to calm down the client and make sure parcels reach the destination, after all deliveries client must get PODs&CODs as proof. I enjoy administrative work and I have gained experience in logistics/transportation.

I can work as team worker work under pressure I enjoy mostly when we work as team I like mostly about dsv because since i arrived there, no bullying to each others respect 1 another

I manage workers, do all shift reports and correspond to client's handovers.
I am a man that is always on attention to detail in everything I am doing. I am always willing to help and I am working hand in hand with my superiors to manage and oversee the staff and ensuring that the company is doing good.

A good company with lot opportunities(learneships and bursaries)
I have grown business wise, I have learned to be responsible I have good work relationship with the fellow employess I deal with dispatching the shipment and the follow up of those shipment I book the collection and the deliverery What I like about Dsv,is that they cannot delay you in terms of your salary The challenges are I deal with difficult clients

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day at the office would being productive at office. My relationship with co-workers are very good level. I've learned alot over years at my current employment. I enjoy working in diffenrent enviroment everyday. The most challenging aspect would be system limitations.

Great company, not a very great department
Work day starts at 7:45, even though working hours are from 8. Minimal conversation with colleagues, due to restrictions. Strained atmosphere in the office.

Work from 7:45 to 16:30- half hour lunch. Handle 400 clients, filling out reports for management, resending required docs, eg. statements, invoices, backup docs. liasing with clients on outstanding amounts. bank allocation, sending through remittances and recons. liasing with sales and management regarding clients with outstanding balances.
