I have gained experiance in the hr field

HR Admin Clerk and Ess administrator,data capturing,approving,declining leave,time and attendance,making sure that all clock in and out times are captured. Filing: making sure all documents are put into files they belong to,and drawing files for the legal department when needed.

Pros: yes great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: normal working hours
