Excellent customer service experience.
I enjoy working with different clients on a daily basis, assisting with queries and difficult clients and applying myself by helping and giving solutions to the queries. On a daily basis I need to make sure that our banking does balance and needs to be sent to Head office. I need to manage the fleet and make sure that our bookings are covered with vehicles. Inspecting in and out of vehicles and checking for any new damages. Assisting clients with breakdowns and dealing with deposit queries by sending banks authorisation requests. I also need to train new staff. I have learnt to deal with problems and get them solved as soon as possible. I have learnt to upsell on my rentals and not to stress. I have learnt new systems and how to manage my time. I enjoy working independently and I also have good communication with my co-workers and I can work in a team. I am ready for a new challenge and I do believe that my knowledge and skills will be an asset to the company.

I am a person thay enjoys building companies up where there is a problem area. I do my work with passion and I enjoy what I am doing. I am willing to learn new things and if a person gets training at a company you learn how that company wants to do the things in there way of industry. I am a person thay is a hard worker and enjoy giving my knowledge I have to a company. I am looking for a company that will look after me and that will be willing to help my grow financially. I think that it is also important to belooked after as a person looks after the Company. I have alot off knowledge to share,and I need a company that also is willing to have a long term future for me I'm the Company.

Excellent learning curve
Dollar Thrifty is a brilliant place to work. The staff and management is very warm and kind. A brilliant starting to kick off your career. The culture of the staff is very close which gives great comfort within your working environment. Management is very supportive when comes accross difficulties.

My Dollar Thrifty Life story
Each workday for me is basicly the same. I get to work then sort out admin such as daily banking recons, fuel recons and fleet checks. We rent out cars on a daily basis and we deal with client daily, face to face and telephonicaly.What I enjoy most of this job is, when client acknowledge the good work you do. It just make one feel great. On the other hand, the very difficult clients I have to deal with too. You can actualy see them coming a mile away but I won't let that affect my job.

Excellent learning opportunities in terms of career and culture
It's been really interesting having to work with people who take culture seriously other than myself. Learned about values, and respecting other people's views about life because as people we will never see or do things the same way. It taught me that wherever you want to go or whatever goals you need to rich in life you need to keep pushing in order to reach your destination. Nothing in life is handed to you on a silver platter you need to work hard for it. Studying also opens so many closed doors we don't seem to have the keys to.

Excellent learning curve
Create daily means to seek opportunities to remain a supplier. Plan the day for the next day and manage the daily concerns as they occur. Cross sell and familiarise colleagues on the client's requirements. Build relations with internal and external customers to create a harmonious work environment.

Well established company
Working at dollar thrifty has taught me to how to deal with people locally and internationally.It a free enjoyable diverse inviroment however there's no room for growth.

I HAVE EXPERIENCED DRIVING AND KNOWING HOW TO WORK WITH PEOPLE EG TEAM WORKING.
I have started my work in wash bay washing cars before we send out to the rental...2015 January I moved to quality control where we inspecting cars eg' scratches, chip and etc ....I"ve leant that if you work hard is good results to management...2017 I moved to breakdown truck driver doing swop to the clients eg accidents and many more.. I end up on working as dispatch but at point im wasting my time working a company which it does have not benefits like to me...working hard and not getting overtime no rest 12 days before off...so I'm just looking for a better future

Excellent learning
As an administrator for claims department, we assist with queries such as damages, claim from the third party and invoice. Assist with quote, closure of query after collecting the amount outstanding.
