Learning curve

My day starts off by getting to work at 6:30-7:00 in the morning, get ready for site, gather and collect all tools and equipment I will need to perform my duties as a team leader also to get the paper work shorted for the site. once im on site its team discussions of how the task will be completed effectively and safely. We do inspections on our equipment and tools to see if it functions properly then its off to working on site. I do Working at heights, apply vinyl, do painting and electrical work. we finish the site around 17:00-18:00 then get back to warehouse to submit my paper work. Then its off to home.

Pros: Training courses are paid by the company, excellent company to gain experiance, lots of work to do
Cons: Long hours, salary

When i had to managing international projects

I enjoy my work , i have lent quite a lot since joining the company. Above all i have learnt that all tasks are important and am not supposed to enjoy others at the expense of others. My co workers are a group of multi talented people whom i have learnt from and have also imparted some of my acquired knowledge on to.

Pros: opportunity for growth and to be an international player in the industry.
Cons: long working hours
