Challenging, lots learned.
Assisting marketing manager. Fulfilling a junior brand manager role. Great relationship with co workers. Learnt intensive brand management skills. Enjoyed new daily challenges.

Great companey to grow
As a corporate company you are just a number or head count as HR refers to us. But apart from that I just lived my job. Everyday was diffirent but a full day. I was chairman of our weekly meetings and the month end Interal Control Checks was a seal on my hard work. I enjoyed the interaction with other departments. The highlight was our annual Credit Conference whete we discussed Policies and procefures snd crefit terms

Great Opportunity
Im currently a machine operator at Distell and would love to broaden my horizons. I'm a hard worker and very passionate in everything I do. And to show case my own abilities in completion of tasks. I really love working in a team because we can achieve high and quality goals in groups.

Room for improvement,better job advantages
Great company with friendly people to work with.Treat co employees with great respect and dignity.Everyday in the workplace is a new an exciting challenge.Ny job description is to work with internal employees as well as outside suppliers which is very exiting.Learn from others on a daily basis.The most challenging asspect of my job was to keep my suppliers happy by processing all their outstanding invoices on a daily basis and to supply them with promo payments every month

Distell is a great company to work for as they are a learning organisation
The company has a high performance culture, it is output driven. It has moved to simplicity and lean structure. Employees are given more autonomy and decision making. The organisation is a learning organisation which has a great WSP for its employees. What I enjoy the most is the team work with my department.

Excellent learning curve
I have experience in creditors clerk, accounts payable and also finance admin clerk. reconciling of accounts dealing with day to day queries and making sure that the accounts stays up to date.

What I enjoy most
I am a diligent, ambitious, goal driven and a kind of person who seek to add value to any task given. I am a people's person. I enjoy and love helping people at work and in general. Employees at work are my motivation to wake up everyday looking forward to be at work. I am confident that my combined experience, competencies will make a positive impact to any dynamic and innovative organisation.

The Corporate Work Review
A typical work day would include number crunching, working with creative individuals in marketing and stressing about campaign deadlines. Co-workers are always ready to lend a helping hand Biggest lesson learnt: Always cover yourself. In the corporate world when you are up against the ropes, there isnt anyone else to help you but yourself. I truly enjoy interacting with the marketing team. they keep an active and lively vision of our brands the most challenging would be to work towards inhumane expectations of the business environment
