Excellent learning curve

I am currently not employed, I have completed my matric and I have a Diploma in Banking, and I’m willing to work as soon as needed. I was on an In-service training at Johannesburg General Hospital for a year rotating in the Finance Department sections namely Main Cashiers, Budget and Book Keeping and Account Payables. Excluding the experience above, I was also working at Discovery Vitality as a Correspondence Consultant, Sterikleen as an Administration Intern and Student Village as a Promoter. My day at work

My Typical day is as follows: Coaching my team, Social Media, Specialists and Relationship Managers Meetings with stakeholders to improve service processes Do reporting on my team performance Guide the team where they need direction Do forecasting for the week ahead i'm the most senior TL as I lead specialist and the rest call centre or back office teams. The Job has taught me independence, collaboration and Leadership. I enjoy working with people, I shine through helping others grow. the only challenging aspect is leadership, its the toughest but the most filling
