Maintain a professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders. * Set up a fast and efficient handling of all correspondence, ensuring that deadlines are met (determine priority and follow up). * Maintain the diary and manage appointments on importance and urgency of the matter. * Provide secretariat service for meetings in the Chief Director’s office. * Ensure flow of information across the office of the CD and the unit.
