Digital Solutions Group Reviews

Learning Curve

Full on pressure. More work than Pay. No benefits. Colleagues are super nice. Managers are biased and personal. HR is not professional. The hours aren't a problem. What I hated the most was that there's no benefits. What I enjoyed the most was that there was someone to help (its my job)

Pros: Work environment
Cons: Management

It’s a excellent learning curve, as you can grow in the company

- Nccd (Nandos) inbound call centre - Team leader - Making sure that we reach Sla 90% or above - Leading the team and developing (up skilling team members - Making sure that i roster right amount of agents for the day - Agents come to work - Doing their KPI - having team sessions with the team and one on one coaching - Making sure that everyone is doing their work and being a team player

Pros: Great opportunity to grow in the company
Cons: Long hours : 8hours to 9hours

The hours are very long.

Relationship with my co-workers is very good, well all can communicate and work well. I have learned how not to be afraid to be myself and have freedom of speech. The friends I have made, is the best. The hours and shift are crazy because as I person you would like to get weekend off, which is something that is hard to get.

Pros: Well it is a great opportunity to have your work experience and it teaches you how become a good professional person when dealing with customers, how you should handle difficult customers so for experience wise is very good.
Cons: The shifts

Learning

I enjoy assisting to the best of my ability, whether it be customers calling in or any co-worker asking for assisting. I am always willing to go out of my way in order to assist other. I have learnt to deal with irate customer in the best way possible. I have seen myself grow, become really confident about what i do and do work with confidence.

Pros: Met great individuals
Cons: No room for growth

Good for acquiring experience

It doesn't have a proper reporting and information structure. The people are amazing well some. It's currently a growing company but forgets to take care of their staff. Some staff members are belittled and are used to exhaust information about their colleagues It's turning out to be an autocratic leadership for people on the floor

Pros: Intermediate skills entry
Cons: Long working hours including on weekends inorder to acquire the salary you need

Excellent development

Digital Solutions Group based in Rosebank is a great place to work for and strictly contains with customer care agents handling inbound queries and complaints telephonically and ensuring that customer complaints and queries are resolved through first call resolution. I started working for Digital Solutions Group in 2018 as a customer care agent and later in 2020 got a promotion as a tier 2 agent whom is strictly responsible for handling cases such as emails on CRM and was awarded Customer care agent with the highest amount of cases Resolved for 3 consecutive months in a ro The most challenging part is when the number of emails are very high, I'd usually be under pressure but still manage to to ensure all cases are dealt with accordingly. w.

Pros: Highly possible
Cons: Average 8 hours per day
