Great working culture

We have a very nice and free environment... we have values which we live by Trust, Partnership, Performance, Growth, Caring and Impact. I have learnt to work on my own without being monitored daily but weekly or monthly. I love working with customers even though they can be very challenging especially with complaints that are beyond me. My typical workday involves logging calls for stores and making sure they are assisted within 2 hours, giving feedback and solving queries.

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is like any work day, were customers call in like they are having a competition. I work well with my colleges, even when sometimes i plan that i will be angry at them i never survive because i love them to much. I have learnt Call Center experience. I enjoy my free lunches at work and game days. Dealing with customers that already know our procedures.

Excellent learning curve

Working in Digital Planet is one of the best experience for me, I learnt quite a lot about logistics and supply chain. I work as receiving and inventory controller, the most challenging aspect about being a controller is that you need to keep up with the speed of loading, transferring and packing stock on the shelves.

Cons: Overtime on weekends

It is a company that creates independence

The company is really great for starting up not staying long term. It's a good place to learn and you learn so much independence as you learn every aspect in your department.

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is my Fridays, my Fridays at work are very busy as im excited its Friday. I have a great relationship with the people i work with. Everyone loves my personality and we are a great team. I have learnt the call center system and technical experience, I enjoy the fun and competitions we have. A busy day is the most challenging for me as i get frustrated , much more if the team is not complete.

Great learning curve

My time ar this company was a great education.not only did I learn about the different jobs within the company but I also learnt about myself and what it is I am great at and what needs working on. This is a good company for someone that is starting out their career but thereafter as you grow in your personal life ,as though the company doesn't grow with you. Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is like a weekend feel as the company is not that corporate. I get along well with my team as i'm new they always willing to help and i'm never scared to ask or feel bad when i make a mistake. I have learnt a lot about customers, dealing with people. I enjoy the stuff meetings. Challenge is that i was new to the job.

Excellent learning curve

Great company to work for. The culture is amazing. Reason I want to leave this great company is because the salary is not competitive. There are no benefits and it's hard to advance in life. The salary is just to survive.
