Not a good experience

No matter how much you put in, it will still not be enough. Lies and deception are in the order of the day. The saying goes, if you want to hit a dog, you will soon find {or fabricate} a stick. Race is playing a huge role and if you don't do as we {the staff} say, you will get fired. Irrespective of you being honest or not.

Learnt alot, developed my skills

Stressful environment, strive for the perfect delivery Excellent relationship with co workers Developed my scheduling & routing skills Enjoyed team work in resolving crises situations Most challenging aspects are to achieve 100% delivery rate within budget and api.

Lacking management

The company seems to be content in making the hard working people work to death and let those that barely apply themselves slide by, with no incentive for those that work hard or what the company considers super stars. Day to day management lacking.

Pros: People are fun to work with
Cons: No proper communication from top management to the work floor

Go gether

I pass my matrix in 2010 and I work at matro bt because I was looking something better. I left there and I went to north link college. I did 1 year there.because my parent pass way so went to transpharm for work . I'm a hard worker a go geter fast learner I'm the man of my words

*Daily duties includes support for the whole IT infrustarture. From user up to servers. *I have a great relationship with team members as we usually work in teams in most projects.Every member has their own speciallity so we also have to work together to get the job done. *I have learnt a lot in IT especially working with servers and clients. *What i enjoy most taking ownership of tasks assigned to me which makes it easier to exercise my abilities and experience. *The challenging part is having to deal with difficult personalities within the organization

Dealing with alot os training, updating database, recruitment for per and temp staff, filling, admin

My typical work day I start with wht I needed to finish the previous day, go through my emails ,. I have a very good relationship with my collegues and wht I enjoy most the different experiences with my collegues. The most challenges aspects about my job is when it comes to dismissals I know if the out is one u do it cos its ur job.

Cons: I do come early and leave late

Career Minded, Training, Professionalism.

I am self- motivated, a long term worker, independent, responsible, and committed to maintain high standards. I have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. I also have managerial, leadership and supervisory abilities. My relationship with co - workers is very professional, and challenges is executed hand on, with job satisfaction.
