The are willing to give opportunities to staff that are motivated, informed and that lead by example. They invest in their staff and will go to great lengths to ensure staff happiness. They invest in their staff by offering training and personal development. They give their staff everything that you could possibly need to successfully deliver on tasks.

Great to gain experience

Great company to learn and gain experience, open environment, high pressure and stress environment very good to handle difficult situations. We are always changing in different teams learns you to be adapth to ever changing fast paste environment. Enjoyed meeting new people and all the lovely free food, coffee and snacks.

Pros: Free food, coffee, drinks, snacks, gym access
Cons: Operates 24/7, shifts, no parking, high pressure and stress environment, no social balance mainly work weekends

Excellent and transparent staff and management.

The company has excellent people skills, good value for people and staff needs. Free and safe environment, friendly and wonderful place to work for and great recognition.

Good growth

Company doesn't really care for workers they just pretend to. They will not be burned out 5 and they will not be burned out of the house and now they will not be burned by the council tax and they will not be burned by the council tax and they will not be burned by the council tax and they will not be burned by the council tax and they will not sweep over you for letting me be myself when we're together and supporting me there every season

Great learning opportunity

wWorking at Digioutsource for the Betway team is great and there are opportunities for growth. A normal day at Betway is very busy and we communicate with customers via chat and email. We are working shifts and my current lifestyle does not suite the shift working anymore and i'm looking at working a 8-5 or day shift. We are currently working from home with our own equipment and internet connection.

Career opportunity

Being a Quality Assurer at DigiOutsource gives me the opportunity to not only improve myself in work ethics, but also different agents from different walks of life. I assess international inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis. We have a beautiful and lively work vibe with music playing constantly.

Pros: Working with different personalities from different walks of life and backgrounds.
Cons: Not that many challenges
