I have an experience as an import entry clerk from DHL express, my duties are as follows: Framing with different invoices on a daily basis and also meeting up deadlines, linking the correct data for shipments so as to avoid wrong deliveries of goods, voc's and also queries from importers, uploading documents and bill of entries to the customer. Using compurer

I'm really quickly when it comes to typing information into invoicing documents . I reach my target and sometimes exceed a mile . I enjoy team work and communicating in the working environment. I'm the best when it comes to instructions.

Great career opportunities

I have learnt a lot and I would like to work for this company for my entire life.My colleagues were so sweet they are so welcome, you feel like you at home when you get there.And also they have flexible working hours, we don't work on weekends and on public holidays.Once you work there it's easier to apply for another post and also get promotions.It is an international company you can work anywhere around the world as long as you qualify for that position.

My work include resolving queries or customers by communicating with other departments within South Africa and other countries where the shipment might be at that time. Typical call center environment, inbound and inbound call center.

Pressured, ever changing, various causes and effects requiring continual navigation.

The business is operation 24/7. The game is equivalent to managing of a football side. Resources in place coordinating to cover various responsibilities, offer the necessary communication to ensure the desired path is maintained and the operation and all individual retain a customer centric approach at all times. Managerial leadership rather than micro management is key. Team spirit best day everyday, lean management, gba walks essential. continual improvement.
