My name is Hlengiwe Tini a 33 year old. I usually do administration work this includes in the learning and Development booking of the learning centre, making payments for the employees courses, and on the Marketing side I receive bookings and I make availability, check conferences room if they are ready to be used. I really learnt a lot from Development Bank of Southern Africa.

The culture is typically as to the environment of a consulting engineering firm.

The bank is quite a great organization to work for. I've managed to climb the corporate ladder in 5-years from being an entry-level project coordinator to a construction project manager to a programme manager by the time i left the organization. My journey in the organization was quite developmental.

Pros: Great promotion opportunitied
Cons: Culture
