Was i good opportunity to attend short courses like NIMART

i work 5 days a week in government clinic. I have a good relationship with my co workers as a result i do met my monthly targets in terms of statistics. I have learned that its important to work as independent nurse because you gain that ability to be a critical thinker and also become a hard worker. yes it really gives you a time to grow in terms of knowledge and experience. i really enjoy to be with friends after work to share the ideas. shortage of staff is the most challenging aspect and lack of resources but that does not prevent us to do what we can using the available ones.

Pros: there are no opportunities at all in this profession
Cons: normal working hours
