I have learnt a lot from different people and seem that working as a team makes good work

I have learnt a lot from my previous employers working with people working as a group problem solving and how to deal with the things when you are still not sure of doing them like when a client comes asking for payment that was suppose to be made by not and ways to communicate with clients putting a smile on my face even when you not feeling well

Pros: They want me to go back but there's no budject to hire me

Learn how to processing the voucher on the WALKER system and BAS system

schedule my daily work. having good relationship with colleague and teamwork.learn how to processing payment voucher on WALKER system and BAS system. ensure department are compliance with treasury regulations,division of revenue act,preferential procurement policy framework act,supply chain act. i enjoying going to finance forum and supply chain forum understanding of finance clause and supply chain act.managing petty cash for the whole district. manage the budget for the whole district.the most challenging part in my work environment was to do presentation at work every tuesday.ll

Pros: meet deadline for the report and good in punctuality
Cons: working extra hour when needed

Excellent exposure

Acquired good corporate exposure including project and management administration experience. Obtained customer liason, report writing and business presentations.Manipulating data and spread sheet, e,mail and mass media announcements.

We are learning alot out of this profession

Working here is so exciting.i am having excellent relationship with my colleagues whom i am responsible for thier safety by ensuring that they comply with safety directives during the work.I've learnt alot that providing safety education through daily toolbox talk helped my colleagues to understand the importance of always wearing thier PPEs and following other safety measures. The most challenging aspects of the job is the handful of some of my colleagues whom are not prepared to take safety measures seriously.but iam managing this aspect thorough constantly ensuring that they comply

Pros: we get promoted especially when you have appropriate skills and qualifications
Cons: work is so demanding

Excellent learning experience for me.

I am a p.a to a director of finance. I take minutes of the meetings. I handle routine work and answer and direct calls to relevant people. I handle incoming mails and outgoing mails. I make travel arrangement for the director and subordinates. I organize events for tge directorate as a whole.

Pros: I have gained alot of experience as an intern.
Cons: Though i do so much work without secretary it has been wonderful.

Perfect

Always busy ,arranging meetings,taking minutes, busy with computer and handling documents for my boss ,arranging boardroom , dealing with different people and learning new things every day and I know how to handle people in a calm way and with with manners...what I enjoy the most it's a big company and its challenging am gaining a lot .

Pros: good to learn and am looking forward to go far

Excellent learning curve

Working for The Dept of Health was a great learning experience , as I got to know the problems that occur in public hospitals and patients struggles . I have learnt strong admin and filling skills as u assisted auditors with payments . I have great problem solving skills .

Pros: Ability to learn something every day

It was a wonderful opportunity

It was an NGO company that helps governments hospitals with new information about disease. And training nurses and doctors on how to deal with it. And also community health workers, traditionally doctors.

Primary health care practitioner

Work starts at07h00 till 19h00 it’s a normal 12hours shift with 2days off , learning new things and discovering new things everyday, I enjoy working with patients building a gininter personal relationship with my clients, what we are having a good interpersonal relationships with my colleagues,experience in PHC has taught me to respect other people cultures and beliefs.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion, no post available
Cons: Normal working hours, 12hours shift
