It is a good company to work for and my Division's function is so important in this organization such that I value my contribution. Corporate Services is vast and entails all support functions that no organization can be able to function without. I see my contribution as valuable from Employee Relations to Wellness.

Excellent

I've got PhD in Environmental Sciences from University of Copenhagen, Masters of Science in Environmental Management from Victoria University in Melbourne. I also hold graduate Diploma of Business in Frontline Management from Victoria University. I currently work for the Department of Water and Sanitation as a Scientist responsible for water services regulations. I'm highly knowledgeable of water quality, wastewater, drinking water, compliance and enforcement, monitoring and evaluation. I'm a hard worker who is highly committed and dedicated in my work. I'm a team player who is able to work independently and under pressure. I'm a goal driven and a visionary. I am also creative and innovative. I possess the following amongst other skills: communication, conflict management, leadership and management, mentoring and coaching, report writing.

Training but full of challenges

I am currently doing practicals at Gregory Auto Thohoyandou. My duties are using power tools, skimming car engine top, skimming car disc, polishing, housekeeping and using powermill machine.

Excellent learning curve

it is a great leraning curve and challenging which is not bad. edge and experience of Human Resources Management matters | I am a professional who take confidentiality very seriously because I have a strong sense of integrity and respect for others. I have mentored and coached a significant number of officials and interns in the past years | I am a committed, quick learner and self-motivated achiever who easily adapt in any high-pressured environment | I have the ability to analyze situations and to arrive at the best possible solution | Ability to use discretion and to deal with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner | I was appointed as Project Manager and the project ran smoothly and attended to all Audit matters.

Purchasing, goods receipt and goods issue also payments

- my daily job is to source quotations, create purchase orders and capture of invoices also receiving of stock or merchandise. - I have a good relationship with my co-workers that makes me to enjoy being at my work place. - I learn to respect any employee nor matter at lower level. - I enjoy working as a team. - The most challenging part is when the supplier supplied wrong stock and you find that is a small business even not having enough knowledge of doing business.

Pros: There is greate opportunity of promotion due to experience of work.
Cons: It happens some times that we work till late after seven in the evening.

Great learning environment

The company is not the the best but i like working there. Besides the long working hours and traveling to all offices which are far from each other there's not that much to complain about.
