Excellent in self motivation and interpersonality
My working hours starts at 7:30 in the morning till 16:00 afternoon. good relationship with my mentor, manager and a team. I have learnt to prioritise in life and be concerned of the task given to me and the deadline. Clear view of what programming is and the aspect related to it. enjoy having fun and laughter. The most challenging part of the job is to not understand what you should do and not finishing the task, moreover the conflict which is left unresolved with colloquies.
Pros: acknoledgement of my effort to the company, and promotions as well

Earning experience
I have been expose to training need indentification,on caputuring Wsp,QMR,ATR, and Filing making copying,scanning documents,recruitment of interns and compiling presentation for my mentor.It nice working with the people they are friendly and giving all the information that they can give

I do Data Capturing, Record Keeping and Interviews, my co-workers are helpful and accomodating I have gained communication skills, I enjoy the training provided.

After 15 years the job becomes unchalleging and monotonous
The only time the job is exciting is when the auditors do an audit at the end of every bookyear. These people are so set in their ways they refuse to change or adapt to new technology or new systems. the staff are alright but the work is routine. all i have learnt is that their systems are very outdated and ineffective. when one does the same work for years it becomes boring and monotonous. when one implements a system your system must be effective enough to do anything you require for reports etc.. if one needs to be effective as an employee one must design your own system - it is difficult for them too see the flaws and how to manage it.
Pros: I love new challenges and the freedom to use my own initiative.
Cons: working with people that cannot recognize new initiatives and its benefits

Provides legal and corporate services and co-ordinates specific provincial affairs
A fast paced environment with limited growth potential as the structure is set. Knowledge sharing amongst co-workers was visible and teamwork very helpful. Clientele relationships was sound and highly recommended. I enjoyed building excellent relationships with all other departments Managers' and build a trust relationship with the quality of work and guidance on processes provided within my capacity. I have learned that "red tape" processes have it's positive and negative impact on processes. The most challenging aspects of of my previous job was to assist other departments with inhouse decision making processes and relate it to Higher Authorities which at times were out of the job spec itself.

The work environment is great. Everyone is treated fairly.
-Receptionist where i have to answer calls, make sure that i set up the meetings that are going to be held. -Sending of emails and also making sure that the visitors sign in on the VMS system tracking people what floor they going to and who they they meeting. -Filing/admin making sure that the gazettes are sorted out in order and thereafter send them to finance to get signed and stamped. -Great relationship with co-workers whereas I don't feel belittled so forth. -I've gained alot of knowledge in terms of other things that I didn't realise. -I enjoy everything about the job.
