I am a dynamic and young individual who is always willing to take initiation to my work; I intend to be an asset in a company I am working for, I am a very committed, professional and reliable person who is eager to learn new challenges that I come across. I also work hard to learn something that I do not know. I have a positive self-esteem, feeling good about my abilities and myself. I have confidence in my beliefs and what I can do on my own. I can work alone without any supervision and I am a very good team player, as I am able to work with people and I have good communication skills. I am also able to work under stressful conditions to meet my deadlines.

Excellent

I have experience in Customer Service through application in working environment. I’m fluent in English and IsiXhosa. I am an individual who copes well under pressure, I’m level headed and have strong communications skills (Verbal skills, Writing skills and Interpersonal skills), and administration skills. I am a hard worker and seeking success in whatever I set out to do. I enjoy solving problems and strive to give my best all times. I have a high level of customer care ethics and telephone etiquette from dealing with clients. I am a people orientated person and adapt well to suit any work environment, I work well on my own or in a team.

Ecxellent learning curve

I work at a very busy department with so many challenges. Dealing with different people daily, assisting them with our daily jobs ruitines. Its a nice and friendly enviromnent, it has helped to learn yo havea relationship with the employees and other people from outside. Hrlped me to also learn some tasks aswell. Inter act with the staff and the management. Seat in departmental meetings with big people and learnt how to conduct myself in such situations.

Cons: Normal working hours but very busy

Excellent learning curve

Experience is gained whilst also providing it. I am dedicated person who always is in workplace at right in time. I love challenges and also to work under pressure. I am good in working alone or even working in a group. I have been looking for a job for such along periodic time. Please consider my application.
