Department of Human Settlements Reviews

Good Learning Experience

A typical day at the office included, attending steering committee meetings throughout that district of Lejweleputswa. Compiling progress reports and ensuring that all site engineers report back progress on sites. I believe had an excellent working relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt the importance of ensuring that someone has a roof over their can be gratifying and fulfilling. The most challenging parts of the job was having to deal with the dissatisfaction of stakeholders

Pros: financial stability
Cons: politics and long working hours

Vast amount of experience

Political interference does affect your professional integrity. Deal alot with the public. Ive experienced many situations and completed them successfully. What i enjoy most is the fact that work is flexible most of the time managers allow you to work without much monitoring, which could be perceived negatively to an employee.

Pros: Good salary
Cons: Political interference
