It was good because I have learnt lot of things from they and I also shared my knowledge too. I did face challenges and I am problem solver and make sure everything are just okay.

Pros: it was a nice opportunity just for chance

It's a learning curve

Well they do give opportunities to the unemployed you to again the experiential learning in the working place. They did also give me a chance for me to gain some knowledge but unfortunately because I did not get some incentive I had to leave because I was traveling daily to get to work. Without money I couldn't make it further, well I had a great opportunity back then because I was able to take theory from school to the work place I did apply it well then saw how does it work Working on a team, working as an individual or independently

Pros: Well there were no opportunity for us to get more experience
Cons: If work for the day needed to be finished early as possible or they had target to meet well no that we worked that long ours but we had to make at least 1 hour overtime

Good learning environment

Recently an engineering graduate with a bachelors degree of science, my capabities highly recommends that I assist Mathematics and Sciences. My goals will align in my favour over time as I am planning to do a post graduate certificate in education.

Excellent work performance

Working at the Derpartment Of Education has grew me in aspects such as:being a problem solver,to give a best customer service as it a number one key of representing your company in your society or country as an organisation that meet a service excellence and this even build a good image to people of South Africa. I have also developed the quality of being a person who is effective and effeceint. The relationship with my co-workers is very good as we are a team management,getting along very well, actually we are a family. The most challenging aspect it when there is a lightly problem or carelessness that could have been prevented which can even cost the company a.g when capturing the order or paying the wrong supplier of the Lord of invoice but thank God it has gone that far. I enjoy each and everyday to work at the Department as now I can determine my strengths and weaknesses and work around them.

Excellent learning experience.

I enjoyed working at the Department of Education as it gave me a real picture of how it is like working in the corporate environment. I worked very well with my senior CO-Workers and enjoyed being at work. I have learnt so much from the experience, I learned how to carry myself in the business environment, I learned how to work in groups and I learn how to assist people with queries.

Pros: All employees worked very well with each other
Cons: Sometimes the work environment was too laid back

It was an excellent learning curve.

I mostly enjoyed to typing and capturing data and had a good relationship with my co-workers. I most challenging of the job was when I had to collect work from my co-workers and find out that they are not yet done. When my supervisor asked for it I had to lie for them.

Pros: Is to get a permanent job
Cons: Bit far from town

Excellent learning

Actually it was good working with so many people around you and i have gain more experience to them and have also learn more skills: computers, how to welcome a person and also being motivated and my relationship to them was very good and really i have enjoy working with them , they were so kind to me, they help me while i have shorteg of money and i be honetly i didnt get any hard challenges and i have enjoyed working at the Deprtment of Education.

Pros: Great oppurtunity to work in any companys
Cons: Normal working hours

Good

A day busy signing cleims and check then submit to my manager. My relationship with my partners was good, easy to communicate with them. I have learnt how to handle an environment of the office how to survive with others and give respect to them. I enjoyed there support, New skills from them. To being a team with them gave me sthrengh and opportunity and there weaknesses how to deal with. The challenge was the client who came to submit the claim from school only to found that supply didn't delivery food ti schools by the shorteg of money from the our govnment that was the problem we have at our Nutrition office.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: 8hours
