Racked up a lot of experience
The work situation was quite varied, but involved a lot of travelling across the whole country visiting schools.I would sometimes travel alone or in a group.Depending upon distance we would either fly or drive to our destinations.We bonded with colleagues as we spent a lot of time together away from our homes.I mostly enjoyed meeting new and interesting individuals.The greatest challenges were financial in that we had to finance our trips most of the time and be paid on our return to base after the submission of claims.
Pros: Growth and meeting new people.
Cons: Long working hours far away from home

Interesting human relations
- overcrowded classrooms can be very demotivating -co-workers have become like family despite the difficult ones -I have learnt that u never abuse the vulnerability of a learner -I enjoy developing people one day at a time - Violence in schools is the biggest challenge

Multiplied project Contract administration
Work for the department of Basic Education I have learned how to manage multiple project and to also improve my communications skills as I advice the project managers in term of of the contract validity , Financial implications and the process of procuring goods and service to ensure they adhere to the government rules and regulations and our departmental policies

Good skills and intellect
This is quite a very busy sector dealing with under-performance. One must always go the extra mile. This job exposes oneself to a host of facets in the community.

The company is good to Wrk at.the ppl we work with are very friendly nd good communication skill.u work under pressure u make sure u do ur job because u will love whtu do .the environment is full of energy.

Excellent learning curve
i am an organize person with excellent verbal and written communication skills, prepared by all necessary means to establish a positive result on each and every task i may receive. i am vibrant, hard work and goal driven individual who believe in team work, i can work under pressure and deliver what is expected. i am looking forward to be a progressive team where creative thinking and collaboration contributes to the interest of the department.

Excellent learn curve with regards to high volumes of work and providing Executive support.
My experience as a Senior Administrative Officer was bitter sweet. I loved the work but the work load became unbearable because of the shortage of Admin support. I was the only support PA/Admin staff to a Provincial Administrator/Accounting Officer. My relationship with workers was well. I was of good service to them and they also provided support where they could. My overall experience was great, my placement was suitable regardless off the challenges.

Excellent Learning curve
The staff was excellent, a hard working and dedicated staff towards teaching and learning. The management as I was part was mostly motivated by the head of the institution who was an example and a good role model to us all always working together to achieve the goal.The challenges thou being an educator in an environment that is highly illiterate and unemployed.

Corporate Culture
I supervise a team of 7 members. We support schools through Circuit Managers with regard to all matters educational and managerial. We cooperate with District Directors who are in charge of the Circuit Managers. My job requires reciprocal accountability, someone has to do his/her job for me to do mine and I have to do mine for my senior to do his. This is what I have learnt. What I enjoy more is that I capacitate people, leaving them being better after meeting them. The challenge is that your work is dependent on the availability of those to mentor. If they allow you space to work you do. If not, you cannot. Persuasive skills are key and quality delivery determines whether you will or not get an audience again.
Pros: If I work hard, I am guaranteed continuous work or many projects to manage.
Cons: If I do not deliver as expected, I may lose my contract.

Excellence learning curve
I am very interested in working for a company. I am committed to working in an organisation where people are the priority. As my CV demonstrates, my administrative experience combined with my exceptional computer skills and financial market knowledge makes me an ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant supporting the Manager of Finance. Under my current employment I use Microsoft Excel to analyse financial reports and build PowerPoint presentations on deadline. I am also a competent Sage package user. My organisational skills are outstanding, and I regularly plan and schedule meetings, respond to enquiries, and manage communications for senior staff and managers. I also maintain a sophisticated filing system containing thousands of confidential financial records and keep confidential documents. And also Assisting with Cash Flow and Budget of the Directorate
