every company have its own challanges. what ever challanges is he/ she must know how to handle it. My relationship with my co- worker is good we understand each other because we work as a team to achive the goal of the company as we know the main aim of safety is zero harm. I make my co-worker to realize the importance of safety that every one is responsible for her own safety. and they must obey with all safety rules and instruction. what i enjoy most is when i do most of taking about satety because ia all about safety.
Pros: that depend on the growth of the company. and where is operated is it rural or urban area. is the company making profit. and how many years do you have in the field. and knowledge and experiance it also count
Cons: i dont have a problem of long working hours because i will be saving people's lives. who can complain.

Ensure every one comply with safety and following all safety rules and instruction and follow task manual and safe working procedure ensure risk assesment is done and toolhox talk. my relationship with my co- worker is good. I learn to work with different kind of people eberone wuth the way of see things. i also learn to work as a team, poeple skills, Computer literacy. what is challangi in thie field is when there is an accident, near misseses, incident or fatality. what i enjoy most is when i am saving people life and make them see the importancebof living.

I learn how to save people's lives. What I enjoy most in this field is to serve people & to ensure they work safe at all times. Most challenging is when they don't follow rules and regulation and taking advantage of the job that they have been long in the industry so they won't get hurt

Excellent in supervision
