I learn to work as a team and lead a team of people who are older than me and show them respect

I have learn a lot of things Like to work under pressure when i lead the team. What i like the most is the challenge i dont scared challenge when i meet the challenge i know is my time to take another step to find the way to resolve it simple. The relationship with my boss waz very good because i can communicate with him and understand each other nicely every time i am starting project i talk to him if there is a challenge i can tell him there is a challenge but i suggest to do in this way and he gave me a role to play is what i like the most

I have attended a course of esko orhvs, supervision courses, eskom low voltage authorisation,a have enjoy a lot with my co-workers, i learn and i experienced many type of supervision.

Ensure every one comply with safety and following all safety rules and instruction and follow task manual and safe working procedure ensure risk assesment is done and toolhox talk. my relationship with my co- worker is good. I learn to work with different kind of people eberone wuth the way of see things. i also learn to work as a team, poeple skills, Computer literacy. what is challangi in thie field is when there is an accident, near misseses, incident or fatality. what i enjoy most is when i am saving people life and make them see the importancebof living.
